1. Service Description

TapOfficial provides NFC-powered smart cards and a digital profile platform that allows professionals to share their contact information, booking links, payment details, and social media profiles with a single tap. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate any person or entity, or to post content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and software on the TapOfficial platform are the exclusive property of TapOfficial and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to your profile but grant TapOfficial a non-exclusive license to display that content as part of operating the service. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion and must be requested within 14 days of the billing date. Physical card orders are non-refundable once shipped.

5. Limitation of Liability

TapOfficial is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TapOfficial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, at our sole discretion, is harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your profile will be deactivated and your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.
